Do "higher contents" require different vaccination shots
than "lower content" wolfdogs ?

No. Genetically speaking, wolves and dogs are the same. Give or take a few markers they are finding (which I don't know if its conclusive anyway). Rabies vac's and other's work exactly the same in wolves as they do in dogs. What do you think wolves in zoo's get?
