Dear Ms. Bendit:
As discussed in our phone conversation I have enclosed the letter signed by a majority of the scientists that sat on the USDA Panel Meeting in April 1996. I have retained the original signed copies from R.M. Nowak, R. Pierotti, F. Kueppers and myself. Although Doctors Rupprecht and Templeton were also dissatisfied with the results of the meeting they have stated they will write letters of their own.
